Styrofoam objects are suitable for crafting and for processing into decorations. They can be worked with structural pastes and mosaic stones, decorated with sequins, or painted with colors. They are also ideal for photo transfer and decoupage techniques, allowing them to be transformed into steles, mobiles, and other decorative objects. It should be noted that not all paints are compatible with styrofoam and can damage the material. However, it can be said that almost all water-based paints are well-suited for styrofoam. These include, for example, acrylic paints, craft paints, poster paints, etc. For other paints, a primer must be applied before processing. Styrofoam discs are perfect for cake dummies or as a base for tiered cakes. The individual discs are stacked together with a stick from top to bottom and decorated on the outside with ribbons. When used for cakes, it is recommended to cover the bottom with a cake board to prevent the styrofoam from coming into direct contact with food. The styrofoam discs are available in various sizes.
