The B2B shop is aimed at business customers, studios and small creative businesses, as well as schools and educational institutions. Sales to private end consumers do not take place via shop.marein.ch – for this purpose, our end-customer shops are available to you.

After your registration, we will usually review your account within 48 hours (working days). Once it has been activated, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail and can log in.

Yes. Even studios, creative small businesses, and educational institutions without a company register entry or VAT number can register. When signing up, simply select the appropriate category – we may contact you with a brief query to understand your context.

We have migrated all wholesale customers who ordered from us at least once in the last year to the new B2B shop. You can log in directly at shop.marein.ch with your existing email address.

You no longer need a password: After entering your email address, we will send you a one-time login code via email, which you simply enter in the shop.

If you have not placed an order for a long time, your account has not been automatically migrated. In this case, please re-register – activation will take place within 48 hours.

Orders from shop.marein.ch: Once you are logged in, you will find your complete order history, including invoices for download, under "My Account".

Orders from before the migration (iamcreative.ch, esmee.ch, paladinsafe.ch) will not be transferred to the new shop. If you need an old invoice or order information, simply write to us at info@marein.ch – we will gladly provide it to you.

All prices in the B2B shop are net prices in Swiss Francs (CHF), meaning without VAT. The statutory VAT (currently 8.1%) will be shown separately at checkout and added to the invoice.

Your individual conditions will be assigned to your account upon activation – depending on the type of your business. Once you are logged in, you will automatically see your personal prices in the shop.

The conditions granted to you are confidential and part of your business relationship with us.

No, there is no minimum order value. You can order as much or as little as you need – as long as the order fits into packaging units (see next question).

Many of our products are sold exclusively in packaging units (PUs). Typical PUs are 2, 4, 6, 8, or 12 units – depending on the product. Other items have a PU of 1 and can be ordered individually.

The packaging unit is visible directly on the product page, where you add the item to your shopping cart.
Orders are only possible in multiples of the packaging unit – for a
PU of 6, this means 6, 12, 18, 24 units, and so on. It is not possible to increase the quantity in single increments.

We deliver exclusively within Switzerland.

Shipping costs: We charge a flat fee of CHF 5.95 per order. For net
merchandise values of CHF 199.– or more, shipping is free.

Delivery time: Your order will usually arrive within 2–5 business days. We ship with Swiss Post AG and DPD (Switzerland) AG. As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking link.

In the B2B shop, payment is made exclusively by invoice. Other payment methods are currently not available.

Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are due for payment net and without deduction within 30 days from the invoice date.

For initial orders or in individual cases, we reserve the right to demand advance payment.

Please report defects, transport damage, or incorrect deliveries within 5 working days of receipt using our complaint form. As a commercial buyer, you are obliged under Art. 201 OR to inspect the goods immediately upon receipt and to report any defects without delay.

For justified complaints, we will choose between replacement delivery or credit note at our discretion. You can find details in our Refund Policy.

Yes. For the application and resale of our products, you may use the product images from our frontend shop (iamcreative.ch, esmee.ch, paladinsafe.ch) – exclusively in connection with the distribution of our products. Any alteration, falsification, or defamatory use is prohibited.
