Styrofoam objects are suitable for crafting and for processing into decorations. They can be worked with structure pastes and mosaic stones, studded with sequins or painted with colours. They are also ideally suited for photo transfer and decoupage techniques and can be processed into steles, mobiles and other decorative objects. It should be noted that not all paints are compatible with Styrofoam and can attack the material. However, it can be said that almost all water-based paints are well tolerated by Styrofoam. These include, for example, acrylic paints, craft paints, poster paints, etc. For other paints, a primer must be applied before processing. Styrofoam discs are perfect for cake dummies or as a base for diaper cakes. The individual discs are stacked from top to bottom with a stick and covered on the outside with diapers. When used for cakes, it is recommended to cover the underside with a cake board so that the Styrofoam does not come into direct contact with the food. The Styrofoam discs are available in various sizes.
