This practical circle cutter for paper allows for precise cutting of circles for garlands, decorations, and crafts. The ergonomic handle has the perfect shape for a secure grip. The underside is also equipped with a rubber foot, and there is enough space for 3 blades inside the fixing head. The practical slider allows for continuous adjustment for circles from 10 cm to 32 cm in diameter. To prevent the setting from slipping, the slider is equipped with a locking function. The printed measurement unit is in centimetres and inches. Its practical size allows for space-saving storage. It is not recommended to cut glitter paper with it, as this can damage the blades.
