Knotting, folding, dipping – batik effects are unique and delight all DIY enthusiasts. With KREUL Batik textile dyes, creative individuals can dye their textiles using the Shibori technique, dip them, or simply refresh their colours. Ordinary fabrics are transformed into unique pieces, and old items can be vibrantly recycled. Whether it's cushion covers, tablecloths, fabric bags, T-shirts and scarves, or bed linen, in the right colour combination, tie-dyed and dyed fabrics are real eye-catchers. We distinguish between different fabric dyeing techniques: Shibori: Patterns are created by tying, folding, knotting. You can use rubber bands, cable ties, or parcel string for this. Wax Batik: Liquid wax is applied to the white fabric. The fabric is then dyed. After drying, the wax is ironed out, and white patterns become visible. Dip-Dye: The fabric is dipped into the dye and left for some time, the colour soaks in, creating a great, irregular edge. Batik textiles not only look good, but the batik process itself is also really fun: first the dyeing and stirring in the pot, and then the surprise at the end of what pattern emerges.
